You may ask, "how can I speed up the quoting process in Schedaero?" We've got three simple changes that will improve your overall quoting speed and allow more time for you to grow your business. Transform your quoting process in lightning speed!
1. The enter key is your best friend
Avoid using the "Add leg" button.
Instead, simply click the enter key when the cursor is in any field. This will automatically add a new leg for you.
2. Avoid clicking the airport code
When creating a trip it is not necessary to select the airport code.
If you have typed a correct airport code, press the tab key to move through the fields. SchedAero will take care of the rest and automatically match the correct airport for you.
3. Refrain from selecting the pricing profile
If you normally quote the same type of pricing (wholesale, retail, etc.), it is not required that you select the pricing profile for each individual trip.
To save time, set your default pricing and stop manually select pricing profiles of that type.
Add the first leg of the trip.
And Schedaero will automatically select the pricing using:
A. The customer's preferred pricing type (if specified).
B. Or if the customer has no preferred pricing, the default of wholesale will be used.
If wholesale is not the preferred pricing for your company, default pricing type can be changed at the bottom of the pricing settings page.
